Our placement schemes are comprehensive programmes designed to give trainees a thorough understanding of what it's like to work in the media industry. The schemes usually include a mixture of work experience, training, mentoring and specialist careers advice, to get new entrants started in the right career.
Past schemes have featured the roles of production coordinator, junior researcher, animation assistant and post production assistant. To find out about up and coming schemes please enrol on the e-bulletin to ensure you hear about new schemes when they are recruiting.
The Advanced Apprenticeship in Creative and Digital Media is a new exciting qualification that can give you real experience of employment, invaluable access to industry networks and a recognised qualification to boot. The Apprenticeship will help open doors to contacts in the Creative Media Industries, provide paid work and give you skills and experience employers are asking for. You'll receive a certificate of completion and a number of nationally recognized qualifications along the way. Once you've completed you may be offered a job with your employer or you could use your qualifications to get into further or higher education.
