PACT UK Indies Pavilion at MIP

MIPTV and MIPCOM are the global content events for co-producing, buying, selling, financing and distributing entertainment content across all platforms. They provide the key decision-makers in the TV, film, digital and audiovisual content, production and distribution industry with the only market conference and networking forum to discover future trends and trade content rights on a global level.

Aimed at showcasing the UK's vibrant independent production sector to buyers seeking content, the UK indies pavilion was organised by Pact, the trade body for independent TV and film producers, with the support of UK Trade and Investment and partners from across the UK including South West Screen.

The pavilion offers first class business and promotional facilities for participating companies. Companies enjoy a whole package of benefits including pre-market briefings with international rights experts, reduced market accreditation with Reed Midem, profiles on the cutting edge digital viewing system www.ukindies.co.uk to invitations to networking receptions and parties.

South West Screen supported 6 South West companies to attend the Pavilion at MIPTV in April 2007. The stand was a great success and of huge benefit to South West attendees.
