Our Young Entrepreneurs Development Scheme is a radical intervention to encourage young media entrepreneurs from black and minority ethnic groups to gain greater business competence through a combination of mentoring and high-level business advice and guidance.

The scheme is being administered and delivered by South West Screen and Arts & Business. The scheme is being run as part of the Audio Visual Entrepreneurship development partnership, and is being funded by ESF through the Equal programme.
