South West Screen and Creative Partnerships are currently working together on a joint programme of activity. The aim of this partnership is to explore how we can help to build capacity within organisations, networks and individuals that work with young people around digital moving image. The main emphasis is on giving power directly to young people to create, develop and exhibit their own ideas.
