South West Screen plays a key role in fostering local talent, developing creative individuals and building creative businesses. We do this by working with regional and national employers, education and training organisations, to find solutions to suit individuals at all stages of their development. This includes:

• Work with schools and young people to develop creative interests
• Providing opportunities, training and apprenticeships for new entrants
• Supporting professional development with advice and funding

We are keen to help those about to break into the media sector, as well as those who are already established and need to update or refresh their skills in this constantly changing industry.
