- Sector Development: We will establish an approach to ensure that the sector, (inc. organisations, businesses and individuals) see diversity as a business imperative and provide practical tools that assist the integration of good practice.
- Profile: We will champion work that celebrates the diversity of makers, audiences and participants.
- Mainstreaming: We will identify opportunities in all existing programmes and initiatives where diversity targets can be identified and work to ensure that diversity and equal opportunities is integrated into all aspects of our work.
- Good Practice: We will ensure that South West Screen has the appropriate systems, structures and procedures to deliver, monitor and develop the above objectives and that its values and working practices support diversity and equality of opportunity.
